Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Macao, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, USA

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $15 USD for all countries via DHL Express. It is free on orders above $200 USD.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process and ship your orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information of your order, and it is estimated to take about 2-5 working days to reach you.

When will my pre-order ship?

If your order contains a pre-order item, we will ship your order when all items are available. Pre-order items will be shipped on the ETA (estimated time of arrival) stated on the product page.

Sometimes there will be changes in ETA due to unforeseen delays from the production, supply chain, or logistics end. We will send you an email about the updated ETA as soon as we get more information.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can track it through your order history after logging in to your Furо̄'s account.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date. The items must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original tag and the packaging it comes with.

Once we receive your return and verify the conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. It can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to bank's internal procedures.

We are unable to cover the original and return shipping cost at this time. If the return disqualifies the order from free shipping, a shipping cost of $15 will be deducted from the refund.

How do I send a return?

To send your return:

Send an email to hello@furothelabel.com to let us know your order number, item(s) you wish to return and why.

Let us know the tracking number once you have sent it, it's best if you can include a clear photo of the parcel.

We highly recommend that you use a courier service that provides a tracking number, as we will not be liable for any damaged or lost packages.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Unfortunately, we can't support exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order and returning the other item. 

Ordering

What currency are your prices in?

All items are listed in US dollars (USD) by default. You can convert it to your preferred currency using the currency selector on the menu.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

You can make changes to your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Let us know as soon as possible at hello@furothelabel.com.

How can I cancel an order?

You have the option to cancel your order before it gets shipped. Let us know as soon as possible at hello@furothelabel.com and we will assist you from there.

Taxes & Duties

Will there be any taxes and duties?

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties.

We ship all orders on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means you may be required to pay additional tax and duty to your local customs office when your delivery arrives.

These amounts are determined by the country to which items are shipped, and vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine these costs prior to purchasing.

These costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery.

In the case of package being returned to us due to unpaid duties and taxes, we will deduct the cost of the initial and return shipping from the refund.
